If you like it, please take the time to review the guidelines below. After confirming your eligibility, contact the the Baron while in the lands and arrange an interview to discuss you potential citizenship.
Other important rules for citizenship:
- Level 15 is required to apply for citizenship. As a barony of scholars, it's important for potential citizens to have some experience in the lands.
- No outlaws. Safety is an important part of fostering learning. Silver Rock will not harbor fugitives, because it threatens the security of the barony. This means if you are prone to slaying innocents, don't apply for citizenship. It also means that if you slay innocents after you become a citizen, your citizenship will be revoked. And if you have a house built, you will lose your house. Please be certain about accepting this law before applying.
- Citizens may belong to any temple, guild or household (or none at all). However, membership in any of these groups does not allow you to violate any existing barony laws. For example, a follower of death may be a citizen of Silver Rock, but must accept the law against killing innocents. Such a combination may cause a conflict between you and other groups, so it's important to consider existing and future memberships before you make a decision like this.
- Potential citizens must be in good standing with any affiliated organizations. Disfavour will not be ignored, if you have it, be prepared to explain why. You will not be penalized for conviction to your beliefs, but Silver Rock will not tolerate individuals who continually cause problems.
- You must be willing to accept future laws or taxes of Silver Rock. However a democratic stance will be taken with new laws and regulations. Citizens will be involved in the decisions, before they are implemented.
- The only public way to teleport into Silver Rock is by recalling as a citizen. Personal teleport locations will not be considered at this time.
